They told me there was no attempt and I almost got scammed. I then called Amazon and changed password. I read it and it said only agree if you trust this company or number trying to access your phone so I backed out and hung up the phone and then uninstalled anydesk. He ignored me and said you really need to just click on accept so he sent it again. The scammer will ask or make an excuse to access the victims computer and deceive them to download and install software such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Chrome and. I did not click on it but asked him why I couldn't just call amazon to fix situation. He then said that amazon was sending a security (something) and I would need to click on accept quickly or I would they would have to resend again. There was a 9 digit code he told me to write down because I would need it later. My dumbass went as far as downloading the anydesk app and pluggin. I got a call today saying someone was trying to make an attempt to buy an iPhone on Amazon account for $900.
